A Heart to Serve Veterans

One of every four Americans who are in the final stages of life’s journey are Veterans. We are on a mission to serve Veterans through the challenges they may be facing from illness, isolation, and possible traumatic life experiences. The first steps to providing quality end-of-life care to our Nation’s Veterans are to be familiar with military culture, and to connect them with available resources. True Hearts and Hands Hospice has relationships with various Veterans groups and sponsors to keep abreast of unique programs and resources. We are experts in connecting Veteran patients with these resources.

Veterans Hospice Care Benefits

Hospice Care is part of the Veterans Health Administration Standard Medical Benefits Package — all enrolled Veterans are eligible if they meet the clinical need for the service. Hospice services are fully covered through the Veterans Affairs Benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
